قصة افرح يا قلبي تقع احداثها في شمال لبنان، في بلدة يعيش فيها المسلمون والمسيحيون جنباً الى جنب، الى ان بدأت تتصاعد التيارات التكفيرية والقتل على الهوية.

The novel Rejoice My Heart is set in northern Lebanon, in a quaint town where Christians and Muslims have coexisted for ever, until the extreme radical Takfiri cults started to ascend and religious affiliation crimes rose.
